Support Services for Recording Microbalances

CI Precision provides long-term support for all recording microbalances, including legacy models. Our recording microbalance and thermo-gravimetric kits are supplied with detailed installation and operating guidance, enabling self-installation where appropriate. Our technical team remains available to assist with configuration, integration, or application-specific questions.

Repair and Refurbishment

Minor issues can often be resolved remotely via email or telephone support. Where required, we offer a back-to-base repair and refurbishment service.

In most cases, units can be repaired and recalibrated to restore performance. Replacement is only necessary in instances of severe mechanical damage or corrosion.

Our objective is to extend product life while maintaining measurement stability and sensitivity.

Parts and Accessories

We offer a range of product components for purchase separately or as part of our product kits. You may also purchase accessories, including suspension rods, pans and calibration weights. An accessory pack is also available, including the most commonly used items. We also offer a range of glassware and related fittings that are optimised for use with our recording microbalances.

Warranty and Service Turnaround

If your warranty has expired, or repairs fall outside warranty terms, please contact us for a cost estimate before returning your unit. Repairs are typically completed within one working week of receipt.
